Spoke with Laura the owner talked to t tell her about the flowers u sent to my daughter was not like it was on your website. She agreed that it had no Red flowers 12 red. in picture on their website. She said she was going to see to do something for not getting it right. Laura never called me back and blew off my disappointment. Not right. Live and learn...

I understand we subbed yellow roses for pink spray roses but when the arrangement was returned here we gladly added at no additional charge the yellow roses that we had received. I'm sorry you were still not pleased .I'm sure the arrangement will last for a week or more and brighten someones day.Less
I called and spoke to the designer about this arrangement due to there being only 5 open flowers on an arrangement going to a funeral home.There is not 1 open bloom on the ENTIRE right side of this arrangement.I was told a new arrangement would be made and a new photo sent.I never received a new photo (I see you have now closed for the day) so I have no idea what was sent to the funeral home.To say that customer service was lacking from the person I spoke to is being polite.She was immediately defensive towards me.I know that no one likes dealing with an unhappy customer,but sometimes the customer is justified with their unhappiness and I don't see how this isn't one of those times.I don't understand why I wasn't called to discuss substitutions when it was clear this arrangement was going to be 90% closed.Going to a funeral,I need it to be open and look good today,not 4 days from now. I was told you don't do substitutions and I would suggest you start because wanting to send out a sympathy arrangement that is 90% closed instead of making a quick phone call seems lazy. And, again, lacking in customer service.

I understand that the look of the flowers may vary based on season and availability but this is essentially an entirely different bouquet. For a $68 purchase/delivery I would expect to at least halfway resemble what I intended it to/ what is posted on the website. I live downstate and am unable to pick and deliver flowers to my mother myself but it looks like I'll have to do that from here on out.
I’m sorry we sent brighter pinks than you preferred . I hope the recipient was pleased with the arrangement . Thanks for responding promptly to our offer to replace with a different light pink arrangement .
Arrangement was not very well put together. Colors didn't harmonize well - neither the recipient nor I were pleased with it and it certainly wasn't worth what you charged me!
I asked for tulips in the mix. Photo shows none.
I was very disappointed. I was expecting a full arrangement, and received a front facing arrangement. The website didnt indicate front facing. As well, the small yellow roses were not fresh and had turned brown in one day.
I'm extremely disappointed by the flowers that were sent to the memorial service of my friend's father. It is very disappointing and embarrassing to see what was sent. The arrangement that was sent has maybe half the number of flowers that was shown in picture of what I thought I was purchasing. I would never have spent $90 on this arrangement had I known the end result. If I'm not reimbursed half the price, since half is all I got, then I will be contacting the BBB, leaving a review with pictures to every review site I can find, and contacting my credit card company to see about disputing the charge. This looks nothing like the photo of the one I picked out. The flowers look out of balance, the roses look like they are missing on the left side of the arrangement. Can you fix this before you deliver it? Jean Smuda

Did not think I got value for money hence I had no choice but to cancel my order which a shame as I loved the picture of the flowers I thought I was buying.
For $90.20 I feel the quality and quantity of what I received compared to the picture on the website proves to me that over the years I am correct with my observation. The picture shows a full vase with no gaps and nice ribbon holding the balloon. I have seen and received better for less money. I should have gone to jewel where the quality is about the same and would have cost me less.

Based on this picture, I would never order from your florist again. It looks like some of the flowers in the middle are either crushed or dieing. Seriously, this looks like a joke. What a waste of $95.

I received your picture of the plant that you sent on my behalf. I was mortified! What I ordered was a violet TRIO, not a SINGLE African Violet! This went to my daughter's Mother in Law (Whose son passed). I think that if you were sending something THAT different, you should have phoned like the other florist did. I feel taken advantage of. Not even close to what it should look like, very dissapointed.
Ordered an arrangment to welcome a baby boy, I know that arrangment may not be exact, however this leaves a bit to be desired.
Absolutely disappointed and will never order again from Balmes flower shop. I ordered this arrangement for a specific reason for the eucalyptus and they substituted it for cheap greenery. Very disappointing.
