Disappointed The picture on the website was much fuller and brighter colors. This doesn't look like an $80 arrangemen.

This was not delivered as scheduled and the delivery was time sensitive. Then I got an email saying that my recipient wasn't home - though she and her husband and her parents were home all day to care for her. Then they said they called her, but they didn't. So I called for a refund the next morning, which they honored, and I bought a plant elsewhere. THEN they called me to let me know that they called the recipient after I canceled and told her they would deliver that day and had the nerve to ask me if I wanted them to call her to let her know I canceled the order. I was then forced to pay for two plant deliveries bc calling my recipient to tell her I canceled her order sent bc of the death of her child was not an option. The lies and manipulation are a deal breaker. Run away. (1 star bc 0 isn't an option)

Beautiful! Sending the picture of the actual arrangement is such a nice touch! In the past, many times I find out that what was delivered doesn't even resemble what I thought I ordered. I will use you again when I need flowers in the Houston area.
