Hi! I wanted to reach out about the bouquet I ordered. I paid the extra $50 for the Deluxe upgrade because I was hoping for something that looked a little more high end. While the flowers are fresh, the arrangement doesn't really feel like a $140 bouquet to me. It looks more like a standard mixed arrangement than a deluxe artisan design. If it's still possible before it's delivered, would you be willing to redesign it? I was hoping for something a little more elegant with fewer filler flowers, a more cohesive look, and more of the premium flowers being the focus. I completely understand if substitutions were necessary, but I was expecting the Deluxe upgrade to have a more luxurious feel. Thank you. I really appreciate you taking the time to look into it.

Thank you for the beautiful bouquet. It brought the receiver to tears/ but happy, grateful tears. The sunflowers were spectacular in the mix of a beautiful variety of colorful flowers. Also, the timeliness of delivery was very appreciated. A star rating of 5!
