For $113.64, I expected a thoughtful, high-quality arrangement that reflected both the occasion and your reputation. What was delivered fell far short—not only in value, but in sentiment. The $10 “upgrade” amounted to a single rose, which felt more like a slap in the face than an enhancement. When I called to address the issue, I was met with indifference and no effort to make things right. After years of consistent business, I expected more.
