I asked for no red roses.

I don't like it it's too small I thought it's gonna be something better than that there's nothing wrong with the flowers but the vase I don't like it
I spoke with a designer on the phone and she suggested tall and airy. And mentioned hydrandas, tulips, and gerbre daisies. I don't see tall and I don't see any of the flowers that were mentioned. It's stuffed looking not airy!
Looks kind of skimpy and roses not so fresh
I asked for upscale flowers - And no daisies. Disappointed.

By the time these were delivered, they were drooping and petals were falling off and at least two stems were bent and or broken. My wife was very unhappy.
Your representative misspelled the recipients last name. This caused a delay in delivery. She did not get the flowers on Friday from the mail room at FPL because they did not know who to deliver it to. I had to ruin the surprise with my wife by asking her where her flowers were. She went and got them today, and the once beautiful flowers were now wilted and not worth the money I spent. Feel free to call me at 816-284-3568
This does not strike me as an arrangement that is worth and cost $125 before delivery and tax. Thanks...
Pretty but not what I specifically ordered.
This was not the arrangement I ordered. I ordered gerbeda daisies that were bright and colorful and had a strong pink presence. I do not like this arrangement. This also does NOT look like as many floweres that were advertised in the photo that I spent $80 on. I would like to be contacted by management.
Horrible - go look at the pic on the website - this arrangement is less than half the size - can't believe they sent me this and thought it was OK. When I called to complain they said every flower mentioned online was in there - didn't seem to care it looks like an arrangement you can get from the truck on the side of the road. They eventually added more but I will NEVER use them again and will tell everyone in my company not to use them either. Juno Beach Florist USED to be great, not so much anymore since they are now Flowermart, not worth the money or aggravation to have to call and fight to get your money's worth.
I ordered any roses other than red or pink and got red and pink.
Good morning, I am disappointed with this arrangement. I expected it to look like the picture on your website. This doesn't look like it at all.
I have always had excellent luck with Flowermart. However, this last order did not survive past 18 hours before they were severally wilted. The flowers were delivered early, someone was home to accept them, they had water..... just did not make it.
The flowers were beautiful. Unfortunately, they arrived after the funeral service. To further aggravate the situation, someone from the Flowermart called to disagree with me, and that the driver reportedly dropped the flowers off before the service. Now who has more reason to be dishonest? The driver? Or the customer? Even the email of delivery stated a time of delivery even later than actual. Also, we specifically asked reception at the funeral home if the flowers had been delivered. They searched everywhere to no avail. When we were thanking guests for coming and ready to depart to the grave site, the flowers arrived.
The picture sent as delivery confirmation did not look like an $85 arrangement. It looked rather small, very few flowers, and not particularly attractive.
Too many mistakes and not thrilled with the flowers or the customer service.
Very very very disappointed for the first time - there are no birds of paradise or anthuriums - doesn't resemble the sale photo on the site at all. I'll have to rethink using Flowermart for holidays going forward since you have obviously run out of flowers.
$5 a stem for the flowers - means that I should have 25 beautiful stems of Tulips, Iris's, Peonies and Stargazer Lilies. In addition to the greens and filler. Add the Tulips please.

Hardly looks like the full lush bouquet I picked out online. Definitely not worth $114.95 plus delivery charges. Disappointing presentation.
That is not the arrangement you sent to my friend and I'm glad. She sent me a picture herself and I like that arrangement so much more, plus it is more like I ordered.
I upgraded a flower order, and the picture I was emailed of the arrangement definitely did not reflect the upgrade. That was just a money grab. So I emailed the florist advising my disappointment, but got no response. Will use a different florist next time. Don't waste your money. Only gave a 1 star because I couldn't give zero stars.
