"The arrangement itself is nice but I am embarrassed by the lack of flowers. Even 1 more bloom would have added so much especially since I ordered the “delux”"

I thought it would be a little larger based on your website and would be nice if there was a white basket or container versus the wicker looks kind of country and I want it to look more sophisticated. I'm not sure if it's the refrigeration that affected the fresh look to the arrangements, but it wasn't the fresh and impressive look that I'm accustomed to seeing from you all. Colors were a little muted as well and not as vibrant as the photo image on the gallery.
