I was disheartened to see the charge for delivery of $20.00???? Wow The flowers were pretty however.... I will have to rethink who I use moving forward the other service I used previously had no delivery fee

Not what I ordered!! I had asked the arrangement to look like the one I ordered on Jan 17 to Patty Kirk .. it's very disappointing!! Had a conversation with your person taking orders to make it GRAND!! She assured me it would be the same arrangement but NOTHING like it!! Have been a customer for over 30 years and will have to consider if I go back to McShan again!!

Beautiful arrangement. The recipient was so pleased and brought her much joy in this time. McShan employee helped me with my order and got me an arrangement within our budget and the whole process was very easy. This was the only florist my father ever got flowers for my mother and me from in over 30 years. I now know why! Thank you McShan Florist.
