The heads of the roses are too small! On the inside of the vase you should have put green leaves inside to conceal the stems. I'm not loving this arrangement, Please redo and send another photo. Thank you
I liked the flowers that were on your order page better...liked the hot pink and rose combination
The flowers were beautiful; however, the card had two horrible spelling errors which is embarrassing for us and it should be for Miami Gardens Florist as well. I was very specific with the message that I wanted on the card and I am disappointed. I will send you by mail a copy of the card message and I will highlight the spelling errors. This is unacceptable.
They are not as nice as in the pic of purchase.
Mother said there was no card as to who it was from!
Hi, I have to say that we should receive a picture before you send it, If I know this morning that these is the bouquet for wich one We paid $400.00, sorry but I have to say that I was expecting something more impressive, more wow, a delicate but amazing bouquet, is so simple and does not represent $400.00.
Hi! I asked for 2 dozen roses and very little green. It is not what I am seeing in the picture.
the photo on the website looks nothing like these flowers.
Maybe the picture didn't do it but extremely disappointed with the flowers for $160 and I know it included a box of chocolates and a balloon I was expecting all roses red and white Not carnations and Gerbera daisies as well as roses It was a 75th birthday and I felt it did not fit the occasion

I asked to have red roses in the arrangement and I don't see any it's ALL white!!
This was for a birthday and i think it could have had a little less green and have more flowers and color for the price. I only see hydrangeas and just a couple of roses but a lot of green 😔
I would have preferred more flowers than greenery I spend 200$ on 65 arrangements
Beautiful. However I did not like the tall blue flowers which were too high and sound like apart of the bouquet.
We are frequent customers and typically are very happy with your work but this time around we were not very happy with this arrangement. We understand that at times the final product will not look the same, but this was far beyond that. Also, most of the flowers were dried out 2 days of receiving the arrangement for such a high end priced arrangement, we expected better.
Great to have a photo of what is sent but really not happy with the flowers as they are quite different from what is advertised on the website
Have to be honest since you're asking for feedback this is about $20-$30 worth of flowers even doubleing that amount for the vase these do not seem like $94.00 worth .
The flowers appear to be nice although I have yet to see them. I must admit that I am a little disappointed after having ordered the flower delivery two days in advance that it is now almost 5:00 pm and the flowers are not yet delivered to my 82 yr old mother for her birthday. Had I known they would be so late, I would have requested delivery the day before.
I gambled by choosing the option to have the arrangement designed rather than choosing a prepared design. I selected a modern style. This is pretty but it looks bridal, not in any way modern. Oh well, lesson learned.

not exactly what I ordered. the flowers described online vs what was received were not the same. however, it was delivered on time.
