Why aren't the colors more evenly dispersed? And the carnations at the bottom are hanging by the stems. If you still have it, I would appreciate your addressing those two issues!

I truly appreciate the convenience of being able to order same-day flowers for a family member's birthday. However, I was a bit disappointed with the final arrangement. I chose this florist based on positive reviews and past customer photos, but the design I received didn't quite meet my expectations. I was sent a photo of the arrangement, but by the time I reached out with feedback, the flowers had already been delivered. I would have preferred more greenery and much less baby's breath. While my aunt was very grateful for the gesture, as the sender, I was left feeling a bit let down.

The flowers are beautiful and the arrangement also, but a good amount of the flowers are old and the petals seems to be falling, they wouldn't last a week
