Still don't like the basket and would like to review the wording on the card
I asked for flowers and or a flag to go in it for his military service. I guess you did not see the special instruction section?
Everything was fine except the flowers started drooping after a day and a half. That's a lot of money for such a short time to enjoy.
Considering the fact that the picture online before you order looks NOTHING like my “order picture” kinda concerns me. Especially when I'm paying the price I did for something I could have gotten from tom thumb for a fraction of the price.
appears to be a little thin for $250.00 Also please change card to read "My sincere condolences on the lost of your beloved mother. Larry and Charlie
Not at all what we expected.
This looks nice, however I thought it was going to look more like the one on the website "Emerald Garden Basket" 59.95 which appears to be more fuller.
Honestly, was not up to expectation. Maybe this photo doesn't do it justice but it does not look as lush and full as the in the photo.
The ordering, delivery, and everything was super easy. The arrangement was tulips and lilies, and some green clover bushel looking thing was the center piece.
It's nice to see a flower arrangement, but how do I know these are the flowers I ordered. Can't read what the card has printed on it. It would be wonderful if you could take a picture once the flowers are at my brothers cemetery site.
We have used Spring Garden for years now, but this is our first disappointment. When ordering, we thought the arrangement pics online were fuller, larger. Not so as delivered. For the money spent, I would say what we received was overpriced. Hope you will read this comment.
The arrangement was nice. Appreciate the photo. Vase not as nice as in Teleflora ad online. Substituted colors on flowers, but appears more flowers added as well.
I chose the blue hat on the duck, not the white one. Also, I chose the largest arrangement. That does not look very large for the money.
Love the photo of the bouquet & the flowers are nice, but not even close to the Tele-flora picture on the website due to lack of volume. For the $139.00 price, the arrangement I selected had 2-3x more flowers on it, specifically more large roses. I selected an expensive arrangement b/c it was uncertain if the recipient would recover to return home from the hospital. For half the price, this arrangement would have been delightful. Otherwise, the customer service and delivery as promised were exemplary.
Not exactly what I expected but they did make it look better after I call them when I was displeased with the initial picture. Even so, wasn't as nice as the picture when I order it online but that seems to be the rule rather than the exception. They were nice enough I just feel a little discouraged that you can order online when it comes to flowers and actually have delivered what you want. I may go back to ProFlowers because even if they don't arrange them, there really aren't any surprises.
Does not look like the arrangement actual picture.
It would have been nice if some of the lilies were open and I do not see the Purple flowers that were in the picture.
Left it up to florist, second time, but it kinda looked the same as the first. Was really hoping for variety.
For almost 200 I kinda expected a little more. There nice but would have been better if it looked more like the picture thank you tho
They tried, they sent a second arrangement. Not much different from the first. It just wasn't what I expected, looked nothing like the full picture advertised. :(
Nice, but the picture on your website is much prettier with the "Star Gazers" Flower which is what I really wanted in the arrangements ... Looking for soft pink arrangement with a soft pink container ....Too dark for my liking ....
If this picture is what was sent, it was the incorrect arrangement. I called to let you guys know that and was told they would correct it. I upgraded to the deluxe so there should have been more roses in the arrangement. I will check with the recipient to make sure she got the deluxe.
The flowers are great, do not like the vase.
