The reason for rating 3-stars is because the bouquet that was prepared and delivered was missing quite a few flowers as compared to what I purchased online. After I received confirmation of my purchase it was noted that I agreed to substitute any flowers

Doesn't look like the picture on the website. The picture on the website had a basket with a handle and had Ivy's and such in it. Looked nothing like this. Do not feel I got what I was paying for!

When they arrived a couple of the sunflowers were coming out of the vase. I readjusted then before the recipient saw them.

The arrangement was beautiful however the ribbon was misspelled. It was suppose to say "Grammy" NOT "Granny". I even had them repeat it back to me twice to make sure. The grandchildren were more than a little disappointed!!

Love the idea of sending a pic of the actual arrangement that is being sent out. Great idea. Arrangement looks a bit skimpy considering it was a DELUXE and a $100 arrangement.

I love the idea of showing customers what they're buying. However the attached pic looks a bit like some of the flowers are limp or perhaps just off balance & need to be rearranged??

Hi: I would have loved to see a white casa Blanca Lilly as opposed to pink. The vase and the other flowers are pink and pink. A white casa Blanca Lilly would have made the arrangement stood out more.

The total cost for this plant was over $100, the price appears to be high compared to orders I have placed with other florists for similar plants.
