"The flowers were beautiful. However , These were intended to be delivered to my wife directly. Not my next door neighbor . I had a specific conversation with Ed regarding the delivery . I was insured that whatever time I gave him, would be the time the 70 roses would be delivered to my wife . I told Ed I would call the morning of the delivery, to give him a time. I was also told that if no one picked up in the morning to leave my message regarding the time. The flowers were delivered at 11AM. she was not home. So they were delivered to my neighbor . I had no clue, no call, and no acknowledgement that my message was even received? I called to follow-up at 1pm, only to hear that my neighbor had the!the roses? I instructed who ever answered the phone to have the driver return, pic them up , and deliver to my wife at 3pm. It never happened, I was never told it never happened, my neighbor wound up presenting my wife with the 70 roses for her 70th birthday . The lack of communication was “Very” disappointing. Especially with a significant present like a 70th birthday. Please consider my 3 star rating very generous based on the circumstances . "
