I am a Real Estate Agent and I sent flowers to a potential client that had surgery. She messaged me back, gushing with joy that I sent her flowers in a candle! This potentially could've been what landed me this Client thank you so much for the communication and professional professionalism! I'll be using this company for business in the near future

Disappointed, the arrangement seemed to be cut in halve by the card. Many flowers were pushed to the side and crowded together.

I was SO PLEASED that I could call you in the morning CA Time, and you delivered in Overland Park, KS that afternoon for a friend's family event in her home! She LOVED them, and put them on her special cake table! So appreciate the good service… and you even called to tell me it was raining heavily and the driver might be a few minutes later than my requested 4 pm delivery time! SUCH SERVICE!!! Thank You!!!
