I had ordered from Trapp for 40 years and switched to ordering from All A'Bloom about six months ago, when my mother began chemotherapy. This past order I indicated, as usual, for the delivery person to ring the doorbell a few times and wait a few minutes as my mother is moving slowly. When she didn't answer - she was at an appointment unexpectedly - the delivery driver called All A'Bloom, who called me to make sure everything was okay. Their arrangements are consistently great and this level of personal care and service has made my a loyal customer.

What is that awful white cube it is in. Not the gold container it was pictured in. It is. Out of proportion with the arrangement and not what I purchased.

What a great florist! I often send flowers over great distances and my usual vendor has been disappointing me lately so I now have taken to looking up a florist in the hometown of the person I'm sending it to. So much better for the local economy and I loved getting a picture of what they were sending before the delivery! What a fabulous touch!!
