What a beautiful flower arrangement! We do not live in the Kansas City area and it's great to have something delivered that you can trust will be beautiful. The Customer Service has been fantastic and each time we've ordered an arrangement, the recipients have been extremely complementary.

It's pretty, and it will work. I understand not having an order come in, and she tried replacing what she could, which I really appreciate and was very sweet of her, but the colors are unbalanced and the shape of the arrangement is a bit off. I understand what she was trying to do, but the hydrangea appears to be smashed at the bottom. Each individual flower, though, is beautiful. The yellow of the original arrangement really made it look cheerful. This yellow is all gathered at the bottom. It's not bad, just not what I expected. Considering what she had to work with, I think she did a great job.
