I like your process and I like getting a photo. I have hesitated to respond to your rating-request because I frankly was disappointed in the picture. Perhaps it's hard to gauge size in a picture, but my immediate thought was that it was not a $250-300-size arrangement. It is beautiful, but it looks comparable to much less-expensive arrangements I've ordered from others in the past. Again, maybe it's the picture, but that is my thought. I was not able to attend the funeral so did not see the arrangement in person.

All in Bloom was wonderful! Their website was easy to navigate, and when they had to substitute some flowers, they called to get approval! The final product was gorgeous! I highly recommend All In Bloom!

Jennifer was awesome! She was extremely helpful and friendly…. 5 Stars for service…. The arrangement might be a little busy, I was expecting something like the 6 red roses on the web site. But, it's not the gift but the thought that counts… hopefully that still rings true. 3 1/2 Stars on the arrangement. I did appreciate the photo and the follow up. 5 Stars
