Just a quick note to recognize your company. I had sent my sister this bouquet and unfortunately the flowers went bad in a very short time. She called and spoke to Sydney and Brooke who were extremely helpful and apologetic. They immediately created a fresh bouquet and delivered it to my sister who was delighted with the service and the fresh flowers. Thank you for taken care of this without any questions. The words she used were "Breathtakingly spectacular". Thank you!

It is not easy to trust ordering flowers long distance. Theperson on the phone who helped me put me at ease somewhat. The picture the shop sent me further comforted me. My daughter sending me a text saying thank you and that she loved her gift made it all worth it! I highly recommend this shop!
