The flowers were very pretty and exactly as pictured in the website. Delivery was delayed a full 24 hours when the delivery person “could not find” the home in Mission Hills. After entering the zip code during the ordering process, one would expect a flower delivery business to find said house. Driver stated “XXXXX Rd” which was the correct address. Then said I put “Dr” as the address. Obviously, I could have but he read back the correct address to me which meant I entered correctly. Secondly, no other drive, road, court, way… exists in the delivery zip code. Driver did call me when this problem arose but I couldn't fix it as I'm hundreds of miles away. I spoke to driver and repeated the same address, as I assume I had entered at time of order. (The correct address) Driver told me he would deliver these flowers but he did not deliver. He had a funeral to deliver to so he then opted to skip my delivery. I thought flowers were delivered bc I didn't know he opted to skip the delivery. The next day I called and the shop fixed up a new arrangement and delivered them fairly quickly. Hot mess that shouldn't happen when one's business is delivering flowers. So yes, flowers are very pretty but the delivery was a hot mess

When I want to send flowers to someone, I like to find a local florist in the area I want the delivery. You did not disappoint! The flowers were beautiful. Thank you!

Can't you let them daisies to be the same height as the tulips maybe an ensure but not embracing the jar. Can you make it simple like on your website and balanced

This feels pretty pitiful compared to the photo of what I ordered. Fewer roses and nice flowers with just fillers. I don't think this is ok

Both arrangements were beautiful ! Thank you for them & for a prompt delivery on short notice. Thank you too for allowing me to order with a staff member, rather than online. That does not look great It looks cluttery and it's off balance.. What is a greenery that you used? It doesn't look springy It looks like you used old flower stems and threw them together in that jar for nearly a hundred bucks. You should put this arrangement picture on your web site to show exactly what your work is for $100. I'm disappointed and I'd like a replacement sent. I do not see this showing fresh spring flower arrangements I see this a clutter of flowers that are bloomed and old and God only knows what the greenery is

For the price this should have been delivered in the morning. Had to do way too much work when it was discovered wouldn't make it to my loved one.On time to track and change delivery address. Won't buy from this place again.
