While i knew what I ordered online may look slightly different than what would be sent, honestly I was not impressed. The item that I ordered had only a few of the cheap filler flowers, like Daisys. Most of it was supposed to be roses, orchid looking flowers, carnations etc. Instead what was sent was a bunch of Daisy's with a few carnations and a couple roses. Even the bigger, thicker solid bow was replaced with a cheap see thru thin mesh ribbon. Looked ok for a bouquet you'd see for $5 at Kroger, but not weekday I ordered from a Florist.

The flowers were more beautiful than the photo! My mother loved them!!

Roses were beautiful but only lasted 3 days. Did the proper things. Changed water, etc never recd care pkg. didn't tell my son. He would have been upset. Delivery was fine.

Flowers were beautiful. First delivery had 4 broken flowers upon arrival. Called to let Guzzardos know and they sent another bouquet 2 days later.

Absolutely beautiful arrangement.

The flowers are beautiful. The color was probably the best color for my liking that I've ever seen. They were perfect. This has nothing to do with the quality or service It was definitely a five star but I wish that somehow they could make sure that there weren't cats at the reciprocate's house because the lilies in it I had to remove right away just a waste of flowers and some people might not know about them. Again that statement was just a thought of mine and nothing at all against the quality and service of this company five star rating all the way.

Flowers were beautiful but glass vase and flowers placed on porch with no wrapping just the glass vase which I did not like especially with how much these flowers and delivery cost me

If the order will not look similar at all to what was ordered on 1-800flowers, please reach out to the customer and let them know you are out of stock of the different flowers shown in the photo. The bouquet I ordered should have been colorful yet the one I received was only white carnations, white lilies, pink roses, and some green leaves. If I had known this is what I would have received, I would've ordered something much different. The bouquet was okay but just not what I expected and hoped to surprise the recipient with.
