I ordered these flowers for my mother in law. They smelled really good but the very next day they were wilting. The day after a lot of the petals started falling. Definitely not very fresh and a little disappointing considering how much we spent.

The flowers look nothing like the Flowers I ordered and I bought the deluxe bouquet. I ordered the same bouquet from another florist for my mother and they were better. I am disappointed in the quality.

Arrangement lovely. Not delivered properly. There were instructions on the slip on the flowers to knock or ring the doorbell. You are delivery people did neither. I happen to go out on my porch later in the day and they're sat the flowers. Your delivery service was below expectations. I'd give it one.
