I have ordered flowers from you in the past & have always been very happy. I cannot say that about the arrangement I saw at the funeral service I attended today. I was truly embarrassed when they thanked me for the flowers at the service.Looking at the picture of what it was supposed to look like versus what it actually looked like was very different. I just thought you should know.
