Amazing! Arrangements my honey goes through you guys every year! For valentines AND my birthday! You guys do amazing ! Your roses are beautiful! 😻 This time I did not un wrap the plastic and they are still flourishing! Valentine's Day they did not last this long!! I am beyond grateful and love the roses every time! Flowers gorgeous but now a week later STILL cannot determine who sent them!!!! Have called and spoken to multiple people. Totally absurd. I now know but not through the florist. Said they could not release name. Was not the situation. They did nothing to try to get a senders name. I would not give five stars was default. Florist does beautiful work but customer service not existent. I asked to determine sender they made no effort.

My flowers were a gift and they are absolutely lovely. I was not home when they were delivered, Charlie gave them to my neighbor and called me to tell me they were there. Great job Charlie thank you so much.

Flowers are amazing. The delivery came early at ~12:00, which was ultimately ok, but there was a reason I asked for delivery between 12:30 and 5:00. Thank you.

Walked in asking for flower displays for a Kentucky Derby I was hosting; "the run for the roses!" Showed them a few references of what I was looking for and they worked with me on putting together a quote for the various configurations I was looking for. Very pleased with what the team at Swansons put together! Everyone was impressed with the flowers and they were stunning to see. Loved the whole process and looking forward to our next order from Swansons!
