Ashland Addison was amazing in all respects! They were friendly and accommodating while ordering on the phone, persistent in getting the order to the right hospital room after many tries, and finally they sent an email confirmation of the delivery with a picture. The arrangement was beautiful and I've never had such a great experience with an order...ever!

Thank you… the flowers look beautiful, and your service was wonderful! My daughter in law was in ICU, and you kept checking for a day and a half to make up her flowers and deliver them as soon as she was moved to a room. Thank you.
