A 10+ out of 10! I requested a customized "over the top" arrangement for my colleague recovering from surgery and was immediately connected to an amazing designer named "M". He not only executed the vision but far surpassed it, thanking me for allowing him to express his creativity. The service from my initial call was extremely responsive and pleasant. M is such a professional. I'm so impressed and will not hesitate to use this florist (absolutely requesting M) again. I highly recommend them and they have a branch located in Northwestern Memorial in Chicago (where my colleague is recovering) which I didn't even know at the time. Thank you Ashland Addision for helping to brighten my colleague's recovery.

Hello - These are very pretty and more in line with the neutral flower arrangement I had asked for. Unfortunately I don't see any lilies and that was the one flower I requested. I'm disappointed in this experience.
