Awesome experience!!! Thanks Jennifer!!! I called to purchase flowers and a gift for my niece and her newborn baby and Jennifer assisted me expeditiously!!! Regular customer of yours Very disappointed with a 60 th birthday order of $380 for orchids that my husband sent me at home December 21st. He also sent a green plant to my office which is good. Total order was around $500. Spoken to Jessica at Prentice who is wonderful and waiting post valentines on a orchid replacement that can help make up for this.

The folks at Ashland Addison were really kind—I called to place an order for my friend who is in the hospital and the service was great! The arrangement looked just like it did on their website. Very satisfied!
