The phone customer service was excellent! This is my first time ordering for a patient and I only knew their full name. They were able to ask the hospital directory for any additional instructions. We found out the cancer floor/immune compromised patients cannot receive real flowers, so they suggested these lovely silk flowers. It will brighten up the room and I'm hopeful when our patient leaves the hospital they can take it home (since these flowers won't die). 10/10 recommend using this wonderful service at Northwesterns hospital
