To be honest I was somewhat disappointed I have had flowers from your store before and never disappointed. The arrangement was very nice but some of the flowers could have been fresher

They did a terrible job & called left messages for the manager & she never returned my phone calls. This is very disappointing & unprofessional service. They need to be taught to be professional.
