Still waiting for my refund! Was not delivered when promised. (Surprise birthday). Was not delivered the next day, after was promised. Order was not refunded to the credit card, as promised.

They did a terrible job & called left messages for the manager & she never returned my phone calls. This is very disappointing & unprofessional service. They need to be taught to be professional.

FOA. The hydrangeas were brown. VERY DISAPPOINTING. Some of the other flowers were bruised and wilted. The delivery man was very nice.

1st arrangement from fields of flower, my pink roses died the 2nd day, and some of the other flowers never bloomed. Its so sad because this was a gift.

My feedback is that the flowers are already dead and it's unacceptable. My wife just said how is it possible that your flowers that you got me already dead spending all of that money so my feedback is not good.

The blooms you're seeing are actually a burnt orange rather than red, but I completely understand they read darker than what you had in mind. We're swapping them out for a lighter orange rose so the arrangement comes through in the tone you were expecting, and it will be corrected before it leaves for delivery.
