I order from Field of Flowers often for my mom. The flowers have always been exactly what the picture shows and beautiful. This order, the flowers looked nothing like the picture. I called and texted with the store and they assured me the arrangement would be redone and closer to the picture and I would receive a picture before the flowers were delivered. The redone arrangement looked the same as the first arrangement and I never got a picture. I called again and was assured I would get a picture. I never did. If flowers from a pictured arrangement were not available it would be nice to receive a phone call and explain the flowers aren't available.

The picture does not do the arrangement justice. It's beautiful. And I thank you for putting this together. Definitely will recommend your services

This does not look good. The roses look like they are a week old. The light pink ones look half dead
