Beautiful arrangement and looks fresh even after a week

The orchid we sent was absolutely magnificent as always. Swansons always does fabulous arrangements. Their prices are fair, and everybody who works there is very helpful.

, I was very upset when my daughter told me that the plants had a bad odor and after two days had to be thrown out. There were wilted flowers in the arrangement and the arrangements looked juvenile

Flowers gorgeous but now a week later STILL cannot determine who sent them!!!! Have called and spoken to multiple people. Totally absurd. I now know but not through the florist. Said they could not release name. Was not the situation. They did nothing to try to get a senders name. I would not give five stars was default. Florist does beautiful work but customer service not existent. I asked to determine sender they made no effort.
