I'm a little disappointed that the orchid isn't blooming. It doesn't look as lively as the stock photo.

I love this arrangement. Diamond was helpful from start to finish, professional, polite, and explaining my options. The photo was helpful as it gave me a chance to see what Diamond created just from a conversation. The recipient of the delivery was appreciative of the delivery person.
