First time I am disappointed. This arrangement pales in comparison to the one on the website.
That is not the flower I ordered. I ordered the Peach Miniature Rose Flower. My dress is dark orange and purple and lavender so that boutonnière matches much better. Thank you!

I ordered this with white orchids, not blue. Doesn't look like I wanted.
I wanted to see more flowers on the plant
The flowers looked great in the picture you sent but looking at the flowers close-up, the small pink roses and buds were all wilted and old. Not very happy with the arrangement because of that. Everything else was good. I tried to attach a picture of them to this review but couldn't.
The image I ordered had 7 large roses with signifcant euctalypus spray. I know they are always smaller when actually purchased, but to sub 4 large blooming flowers with 3 small spray roses was a disappointment to see. I called to ask if we could better match the picture online and was told "they'll get bigger when it's warmer" and it snowed today, so...... I asked for a round wreath. And that was written on the order. And I have a copy of that receipt, so I'm disappointed that it'ssquare.
I honestly didn't have a great experience with the Flower Patch. I ordered the flowers yesterday for my Wife's and mine anniversary, to be delivered today and I requested a "morning" delivery to coincide with other plans I had, which the Gal I spoke with while ordering said was not a problem. I received an email at 10:19 am this morning with a picture of what I was getting, so I called the place 30 minutes later to check on delivery. I was told they were "out for delivery". Three hours later, they still hadn't arrived, so I called back. Apparently the delivery driver had decided to go clear up North first, then gradually make his way back South and was "supposed" to deliver them within 30-45 minutes.. If I'd have known that, I would have gone and picked up the arrangement myself as I live less than 10 minutes from this particular store... At any rate, the driver finally arrived at around 3 pm with it taking me to be on the phone with him to direct him to my house because he was lost and was having trouble finding it. By now, being mid-afternoon, my anniversary plans had been wiped out and to add insult to injury, when taking the flowers out of the back of his vehicle, he tells me that the box they were in had been "dumped over" and he had to return to the store to get them "fixed up"... So long story short, I certainly won't ever order flowers from this store again. Aside from this whole ordeal, I had wanted to call the local store direct to get some information, but every published number goes to what I'm guessing is a call center, so one doesn't have the opportunity to speak to someone direct at the local level. I'll be sticking with the traditional Mom & Pop stores in the future.
I appreciated the photo. Though what was on the website and the flowers delivered did not seem to be the same quality. While the delivery went well, I was disappointed in the product delivered.
Small and a real hassle to get…
Needs more filler. At least baby breathe or leaves or something.
Flower arrangement itself was OK. For 150$, I expected better. Some were already wilted. The delivery driver was late and had spilled the flowers and knocked them over. I didn't use Flowerpatch last year because of previous experience and I won't use them again next. I'll stick to Jimmys Flowers from now on.
The picture attached to this email, which is also the picture you sent before the delivery, does NOT look like the flower arrangement that was delivered to the funeral. Our order was supposed to include a BLUE ribbon, which WAS on the arrangement at the funeral. Makayla called an hour or two after we ordered it to say that the designer suggested we pay an extra $20 for more filler to make it more fluffy. We were not home, so we never heard the message until after the funeral. The arrangement at the funeral was NOT fluffy at all and seemed to have no filler as in this picture. It was 30 flowers (our order) all squeezed together into a tiny necked vase and looked very small and smashed together. We were extremely disappointed. I don't ever remember being asked to pay and extra $20 for filler and we were told the original price would include filler. The problem seemed to be more related to a vase neck that was too small to sufficiently hold and adequately display the 30 stemmed flowers we paid for. We will call Flower Patch in the next week or so and discuss the inadequate arrangement and a possible credit to our account. Flower Patch has always delivered beautiful deliveries which we frequently order, except for this one. Since our phone is a landline and we weren't home at the time of the call, perhaps people using landlines (we don't do texting) could also be sent an email, which we would have more likely seen before the delivery.
Beautiful flowers, BUT arrived a day late and wasn't notified until 8 pm. Were supposed to be delivered between 12-4. DISAPPOINTED
Unfortunately, usually have such great experiences but the flowers were starting to wilt. Two stars because delivery was great as always.

Please remove the orange. I don't see any purple roses. Or white carnations.
The flowers in the picture looked like a cute little ball of white flowers with pink sporadically placed. This doesn't look that cute and I would not have picked these flowers had I known they were going to look like that.
Like getting a photo. But arrangement doesn't look anything like what I picked.
The arrangement of the flowers is different from the picture of the one I ordered… makes it look cheap…. Not pleased
I paid 150 for this arrangement but the website has it priced at 110. My bouquet even had less flowers. Not sure why I got charged 40 dollars more? On a positive note, they were delivered on time.
