Please change the bow to pink. When I ordered, they said that there would be two ribbons, one with sister and one with aunt. You cannot see the one that says sister please change. Thank you.
I am really upset. These are not what I ordered. I even called today when I got this pic and told them they were not correct. I was told it would be fixed and I would receive another text message with a pic of the correct flowers, but I never did. I had to ask for a picture once they were delivered to see if they were actually what I ordered and sure enough, they were still wrong. I paid more to get the ones I actually ordered, for a reason. And what upsets me the most is that I was even told it would definitely be right when they were delivered... ugh.
We never got them for 2 days I kept calling and they said the first day oh sorry we screwed up ok fine I understand but then missed them again and my kid was having a hard time and really needed those flowers I used this place for years but never again
Worst floral experience ever. Sent a photo of these sad looking flowers and then missed the delivery date entirely. Won't ever use this company again.
Took several calls and re-do's to get my order correct! I had specific flowers I wanted and specific ones I didn't want! I asked for a clear glass square vase with no ribbon around it and I got a light purple vase with a Lacey ribbon around it!! The staff was good at getting it right eventually!!
With what i spent this arrangement is incredibly disappointing

That looks very small and scarce compared to the picture on the site. Not happy
I am a florist in Branson Missouri. I would not have let this arrangement leave my shop. I sincerely wish that I could have been in Utah and made the arrangement myself. This is the first time I've been disappointed in an arrangement sent out by you.
This literally looks nothing like what I ordered.
I always love getting a photo, but this does not look like the arrangement I ordered. The one I ordered did not have tulips, but instead had a lilies. There were supposed to be five different spring colors represented in the arrangement. Two different colors of roses. This is dominantly orange and yellow. Unfortunately, I'm very disappointed in this.

Not the flowers I received. The order arrive 4hrs after it was supposed to. Store manager was suppose to call and never did. Holly at the main store was great and followed up once we didn't get the order at the second scheduled time.
I've been ordered flowers for my daughter's birthday for the past 12 years and have always been happy with the results. Unfortunately this year the arrangement didn't look anything like the picture. I understand the colors vary but the design itself was very disappointing and not worth the money. I'm extremely surprised by the lack of effort put into the arrangement this year.
Juat dont like it.... it's not pretty and the colors dont go well. They really messed up the first one I ordered than said they fixed it when they really Didnt and sent it out anyways. So I spoke with manager and said go ahead and do this piece with vibrant colors and they use white and baby pink with vibrant it just doesnt go together. It's always hard to buy flowers because they are sooo expensive but its wven worse when you have pay for something u didnt originally want or you dont like
There are 0 purple Rose's showing an you csnr really see the peach ones at all. Not enough greens like in photo it should look like. Doesnt look like photo online.

Item purchased was 2 dozen red roses for an anniversary… this doesn't look like that at all. Isn't yellow for friendship…for an anniversary!?
No this were awful! Not enough flowers for $286.00 I had them redone! The person that made these needs more teaching on how to make them beautiful arrangements. Plus she forgot a banner on it.
I requested you cancel the order you failed to deliver when expected.
Both I and the receiver were very disappointed that the arrangement was missing three roses and overall looked very sad and empty. Unfortunately, I will never use Flower Patch again for my flower arrangements. It seems like that negligence would be worth a refund but I'm not expecting much from this shop.
