The spray selected was more fuller in the center top to bottom

I very specifically ordered the green vase. They were for my daughters grand opening. Did not want orange! I will not order from you again. You should've taken new flowers. I don't drop $100 easily. I'm very upset.

The flowers look nothing like I ordered. There were supposed to be three colorful Gerbera Daisies and the person taking the order called the Bountiful store and was told they were available. I am disappointed. I would give a five star review for the person who did the ordering though. She was very sweet and helpful. The Bountiful store didn't follow directions though. I was going to recommend the store to my family but I guess any old Florist shop will do if you don't get what you order anyway.

Ordered flowers for a coworker who had a new baby and the picture I was sent looked nothing like what I requested

I ordered a bouquet for delivery, they called me to confirm I wanted it delivered to my address "I said yes, I'm at work but I'll be home before my girlfriend." And what happened, they put a note on my door saying I missed the delivery and to call them. I got home after they closed, and they're closed tomorrow. Why would you not just leave the flowers at my door? Thanks for nothing.

This is disappointing. The picture of the arrangement I ordered online is much fuller and has more flowers in it that this does. Now I feel like I have had an incident of bait and switch.

Not what I expected. . I do not like it especially for what I paid. I figured there would be way more flowers then that.

Lame - what I ordered was Gerber daisys and beautiful small blue flowers. I didn't order a florist choice. You also had since Saturday am to get what you needed. I looked today and what I ordered is still showing the arrangement I ordered. Very disappointed.

Dead flowers

Very plain. Keep the roses out if that is what's upping the cost to $40. More sunflowers. With maybe some baby's breath? Wayyyy too plain.

No not at all please I did not want rott flowers sent to her office they had to be in a vase. I feel that was far too much money for the arrangements that was delivered.

Unless this new arrangement looks better in person ( we were unable to attend my sister in laws services so we won't know.) It looks like the flowers were just stuck any where. Im just very sad and disappointed it didn't meet what I asked and was hoping for.

It's pretty but not what I asked for. I asked for some daisies, carnations and I beleive daffodils to be added to brighton up the basket some. I don't think we got our money's worth. Im sorry.

This is just not what was pictured at all not happy at all but you delivered so it's done now but I'll never use flower patch again

The flowers really don't look like what I ordered? The photo had more white and softer not what I was expecting for 100$ I can't see the vase but I'm sorry this doesn't look like what I was sold. What I was sold was beautiful this feels meh

Missing a balloon & I tried calling to see if it was added after picture. No answer phone call ends automatically after 8 min of wating.

Looks sloppy & you substituted cheap flowers for what was originally listed online. Does not look like a $60 arrangement.

My flowers never made it to the funeral home, I talk to the widow today and she said she never saw them

The roses are supposed to be orange. I picked this specifically for the colors. The red ones do not look good.

I'm pretty dissatisfied and disappointed. This is the substitution for a dozen white long stem roses? I could have bought this for $15 at Costco and I dropped $100?! On Carnations ?!

Looks like a $15.99 bunch from Smith's and not at all like the photo on the web site. No variation on the height of the flowers and even the netting masquerading as a ribbon is tacky. I try to support local, but I wouldn't use your shop again.
