This was very disappointing. I specifically asked if they had the flowers to make this arrangement and they told me yes. And yet, half of the flowers are missing with no attempt to substitute or fill the missing value. The balloon I ordered was not pictured and the wrong one was sent. I will not be ordering here again.

The flowers are great. The help I got on the phone was friendly and thorough. Seeing the photo of the actual flowers that will be delivered is a terrific touch. As someone who lives out-of-state, it is a good feeling to know that my message of love is in secure hands.

the flowers didn't have anything pictured. i ordered a flamingo one and the picture had a llama and neither a flamingo or a llama showed up. so the picture was pointless. these were for my young daughter. they also died really fast. the gerbera daisy didn't look fresh. i was displeased, to say the least and i will probably never order flowers from flower patch again. waste of money.
