Feels slightly less elegant than what I saw on the website, but I'm happy with it.

It's nice, other than I specified I didn't want the Gerber daisies

Order placing was great! Even called back & updated card but I asked for masculine colors and got a hot pink vase.

It was pretty, but I expected blue flowers which are her favorite. They were lavender. At lease the ribbon was blue.

The white flowers up front look super weird like they were a last second let's just add them in

The flowers are nice, but nothing like in the picture we selected from on your online store. It looks like a much smaller arrangement with less flowers and not the bright spring colors I was expecting. It seems too small for the cost. The color combination is pretty, again just not what expecting.

The arrangement was beautiful and there r prices are great! I was excited they delivered to the location I needed, but the flowers are wilting and turning brown on the edges after just four days. I had hoped they would last longer.

The flowers in the email I got were great, but that's not what was delivered. A different arrangement ($25 cheaper) was delivered instead. They are still beautiful, but it's not what I paid for.

I thought they were pretty, yet small for a “large”. May have been my mistake for ordering wrong. Also, even though they ended up getting to the funeral home in time, I may not trust the online ordering again

I expected more diversity of color And more spring flowers. Sorry but it isn't what I asked for. I wanted spring flower diversity. More color, appreciate the picture though.

It looks like what I ordered except I think leaving empty holes in the front is a little tacky. I also wish the blooms were a little more open so you see more purple instead of mostly yellow.

Picture on website shown with three full size white roses as well not the pink tiny ones.

This is a very similar replica of the item from the website but I thought the vase online was shorter and flowers a bit fuller. Michala provided very good customer service!

I liked the arrangement but was disappointed there weren't more flowers in it for the money.

Very underwhelmed with dressing (bow) on the order. Spoke with someone at location regarding the bow and the switched it out for an equally underwhelming option. I think dressing the arrangement is the finishing touch and I think a few extra minutes creating a bow that is worthy of the planter arrangement would have made all the difference.

Second time is the charm. The experience with your establishment is it seems everytime I've ordered arrangements they're always wrong and then I have to call to fix the issue and transferred several times. These are beautiful and the way they should've been in the first place. I'm only doing 3 stars because it should've been right the first time for $286.00 that's a lot of money..

I like getting a photo before it's delivered. That's a fun feature. Customer service was helpful in picking out items. Thought the flowers would be a little more full, but still pretty. Thank you for the help getting something delivered quickly to a dear friend of mine & her daughter.

The arrangement in the picture looked a lot cuter.

At the top right of this wreath, there's a big hole and tag. Not thrilled with the hall and I didn't add a card for either one of my rates. Please let me know that there was not a card.

The spray is beautiful. I thought it odd that you would group each type of flower together on the wreath rather than mixing them.

It's ok, I would have liked to see it more full, its not like wow, but just ok.

The bouquet looked dry. Also, l have gotten arrangements from you before but l didn't think these were worth $75.00.

I looks nice but I don't see any carnations or as much spray as the picture from the website.

Is was actually a little disappointed with the arrangement with I saw it in person. The flowers were sparse and I was under the impressions that it would be more masculine, as the title stated.

I don't recall asking for purple roses and on the website they were red roses I thought I was ordering. So while they are pretty roses and a nice arrangement, I was expecting to get red roses.
