I like the arrangements, but the pitcher and the color of the flowers is not the same as when I placed the order. I would like for it to be the same as it was on the photo. A little disappointing.😒

The arrangement was nice however the flowers are too skimpy for the price value...

I asked for the arrangement to have red white and blue. Is there anyway to put some red in it? If I have to pay extra I will.

The flowers were good, but there was no card as requested. The recipient didn't know who they were from.

Website specifically said that a particular vase was available at the store I was going to use. Paid, got a call that they in fact did not have that vase. Very sad, was given the option to “upgrade “ to a different one that I didn't care for, and was of course more money, but didn't have many other options for the specific occasion I needed it for. Recipient liked them so I guess that's all that matters. Would've been nice to have been given the “upgrade” for no cost seeing as how the website said they had it in stock at the Bountiful store.

I order from you a lot. I'm always so pleased and it looks a lot like what I ordered, but this one not so much. Maybe it looks brighter colored in person.

I liked getting a photo. However, it doesn't look like the photo online so a little disappointed.

It is beautiful however it was supposed to be a plant arrangement not flower. It's to late to correct the issue. I love getting the photo, that's great! it is not what I was expecting. I give you a 5 if it had been correct.

It was reported that the flowers could not be delivered to a business that was open at the time. The arrangement is very lack luster as well, the flowers appear old and about to die.

Flowers are lovely, as usual. Very pleased with them. However, not very pleased with the feedback I'm getting from Mom, regarding the delivery. The past two times I have ordered flowers for Mom, she reports that the delivery person simply leaves the arrangements on the front porch, in the hot sun, and that Mom happens upon them quite by accident. I asked Mom “dont you hear the doorbell when it rings” and she responds “they dont ring the doorbell. The doorbell is loud, and I would hear it if they did.” Overall, this is now the third time flowers have been left on the front porch without a doorbell and without a phone call or a knock or a text. Just left there. So, like I say, I am quite pleased with the flowers, and if I decide to utilize a different florist in the future it will be because of the delivery system, not the flowers. Thanks!!

Just exactly what i requested not to happen. Way too much “green filler” and not enough flowers. How much does one need to be spend in order for flowers to be the main component of any composition?
