It is nice but looks a little sparse with regard to the amount of flowers that are on the picture on the website. I was also a little disappointed to see there were no little purple flowers like were in the photo but may be availability issues. It just looked like the order photo has more flowers as this photo shows a lot of greenery for filler. Thanks for sending the photo.

I love getting a photo. I was hoping for a little more color. I purchase a lot from there and usually it is so much cherry than this. For what I paid I was expecting a little bigger and brighter.

Flowers were beautiful. I appreciated the notice that the arrangement was ready. I would have loved an email or notification saying that it was delivered instead of having to ask the recipient. I would have never known unless I asked.

Although this arrangement is lovely it has way too much pine and not enough red roses, proportionately. I'm disappointed in the difference between the photo on the website and the finished product.

The flowers were beautiful, but it took almost a full week for my friend to receive her flowers. She wasn't home the first time they tried to deliver and then we had the Thanksgiving holiday the next day. Understandably they weren't delivered that day. However they weren't delivered Friday or Saturday. Finally delivered on Monday. It's really Frustrating when your friend loses someone they love and then have to wait so long for her flowers to arrive. Hopefully this won't happen again.

I was very disappointed in the heart wreath. It wasn't what I had wanted it to look like. I wanted flowers all around the wreath not clumped in two places. The casket spray looks nice. Yes, I like getting the pictures.

The picture that was advertised had purple and orange in it as well! I liked the flowers that were advertised. They were brighter to lift the spirit!!

I was a little disappointed you left the ribbon off of the flower arrangements and I had to go to your store get the ribbon and tie the bows myself

I like the arrangements, but the pitcher and the color of the flowers is not the same as when I placed the order. I would like for it to be the same as it was on the photo. A little disappointing.😒

I asked for the arrangement to have red white and blue. Is there anyway to put some red in it? If I have to pay extra I will.

Website specifically said that a particular vase was available at the store I was going to use. Paid, got a call that they in fact did not have that vase. Very sad, was given the option to “upgrade “ to a different one that I didn't care for, and was of course more money, but didn't have many other options for the specific occasion I needed it for. Recipient liked them so I guess that's all that matters. Would've been nice to have been given the “upgrade” for no cost seeing as how the website said they had it in stock at the Bountiful store.

I order from you a lot. I'm always so pleased and it looks a lot like what I ordered, but this one not so much. Maybe it looks brighter colored in person.
