The flowers are very beautiful. I gave it 3 stars because the delivery wasn't so good. The person was unable to answer the door, so a callback note was left. The paper didn't have a phone number or a company. So the person was confused as to what to do. W

Very disappointed. I expected much nicer for the money spent and felt taken advantage of because of a death in the family. The arrangement was nice but average looking and sparse. I will not use this business again.

Five stars for the lei. It was beautiful and perfect for our graduation event. But one star for the flower crown. Two flowers and some greenery fell off immediately when we took out of the packaging. Then more pieces continued to fall off for the rest

The photo on your ordering page showed some tall grasses in the center of the arrangement, which i thought added interest to the bouquet. The tulips look great, but I was a bit disappointed.

I am not in love with the ribbon. The photo on the we page does not look like this. There is a contrasting color of ribbon and this looks rather plain.

The ribbon doesn't match the online order. They are for a newborn baby so we liked the baby ribbon that was pictured online.

The flowers don't look like those described on the website. Two of the flowers aren't even open and look wonky. The idea is there, but the execution of the arrangement isn't great. I'm not thrilled with the outcome.

The wheat grass(?) isn't standing up straight. This isn't really the same arrangement pictured online. Looks ok. Thank you. This is my second order from Flower Patch this week. The firat arrangement was gorgeous. This one's a bit of a let down.
