The arrangement photo was nothing like what was advertised on the website, disappointing. Whoever, im super grateful to receive photos to see what was created. Without the photos i would have never known how horrible of experience this would have been and what would have actually been delivered. Ill never order here again!

Nice arrangement for Katie. But I would like to know why I got charged a higher delivery fee in Bountiful as compared to fee for the delivery in Salt Lake when your Bountiful shop is actually closer to the delivery location than your SLC shop is to the SLC delivery location.

Honestly, im very disappointed with what im seeing. The picture that im seeing on your website i was thinking wow, this is worth 165.00 dollars and for the occasion that these are being sent they are gorgeous. Im not normally one to complaining but this is pretty bad. youve got half the roses in the arrangement then what is online, the middle is missing a bunch of these elongated blush flowers. Im not sure if the thought was really made when creating. Im very hesitant on even sending these and going with a different company. Time is of the essence of condolences for this kind man we are sending these to.

MY ORDER DIDN'T GET TO THE FUNERAL OF ELMA WALKER AS PLANNED SINCE APPARENTLY THERE WAS A CONFUSION WITH THE MORTUARY BUT IT DID MAKE IT TO THE GRAVESITE SERVICE OKAY. IT WAS A LOVELY FLORAL ARRANGEMENT INDEED! I DO PLAN TO HAVE YOU PREPARE SOME MEMORIAL DAY FLOWERS LATER ON. RKB
