I like getting a picture it helped me see that this was not exactly what I ordered. I'm disappointed. Why ask which balloon I want if you're going to just pick a random one? But, the flowers were delivered right on time.

My only complaint is the vase was not the same vase displayed online. Loved the vase that was shown online as it was cute and different. The vase that was used and delivered was unoriginal and boring.

I was skeptical about using FP because I had a bad experience years ago, but they did wonderfully this time. Loved seeing the pho of what they delivered, the price was reasonable and the colors of the flowers were good. Very pleased.

I like that you get a picture of what you send. The prices are very very reasonable compared to other businesses (don't change that!) Recipient loved it - and just by happenstance the ribbon you used had dragonflies on it - her favorite! Only thing keep

I called my mom after getting her flowers. She was pretty happy with them. For me I just wish it would have had some of the little purple flower. Like on your add. Other then that great job!

Overall I am happy with my flower order. There were a few mix ups with delivery date and pics of my order were wrong but you fixed everything in a timely manner and the flowers were delivered on time and they were correct. I order all my school dance flow
