I asked for the roses to be switched out with carnations. It was still beautiful

Although the arrangement looked nice but I thought it would have more white in it as the picture showed when I ordered it. But it was a nice arrangement.

I love the flowers. But disappointed it took 3 weeks to send the photo of what the order looked like. I really like this feature at flower patch - and it is a huge reason I use your service. I actually switched to a different company since this last order because I thought you stopped offering the preview feature. I'm glad you are doing this now and will order from you again in the future.

Everything (Customer Service, Ordering, Delivery) was great! One constructive suggestion; It would have better if the price wasn't on the card/tag when it was delivered. Overall, great service that I will use again. Thank You.

Arrangement was very nice, except the one plant in it was pink, for a man. Appreciate the photo, ordered on line, in person I would have changed the plant color

Look very nice. I like getting a photo. My only problem was the online ordering did not work for me.

I thought there would be a blue bow and more blue in this arrangement.

Everything looked good in the photo, but The only disappoint was the "bath bomb" in the web advertisement, "the picture" showed a little jar with several bombs inside, but this picture they took and we got only has ( 1 ).... I feel a little baited for thinking the picture was what i was buying. Other than that, good

Beautiful bouquet. Have not heard it was delivered yet. Actually, I thought you were in Ogden. Was surprised the delivery fee was so high. Next time I will order from a closer floral shop if their flowers are as reasonable and beautiful. Thank you

Beautiful arrangement, just what we wanted as far as colors and flower type. It was smaller than we anticipated but it was still beautiful. My only recommendation would be to have it on a smaller easel. It was very very high up.
