Wonderful experience with their customer service. Every question was answered and details were asked about to make sure everything was correct. The arrangement was exactly like ordered and was beautiful. I love that they send a photo so we know what it looks like beforehand. Highly recommend.

Flowers were beautiful! They arrived on time and I feel, after checking other florists, that they were rightfully priced. I will continue to call Flower Patch for my needs! I also loved receiving an emailed picture of my bouquet; what a perfect touch of customer service!

It was supposed to be a large spray not an arrangement. Not happy. I paid $280. I am very disappointed.

Not being unkind, but the arrangement was just okay. It looked like someone just stuck flowers in a vase...sorry, just being honest. . But thanks for getting them delivered on time!

Beautiful! I love this value added feature of your service. It's so satisfying to see what was ordered, and about to be delivered. You have my vote. Also, living in Canada, I had to call my order in because your website doesn't allow for a Canadian address to be entered for billing purposes…but that was pleasant and efficient. Thank you. 5 star
