I ordered flowers for my mother on her birthday..yesterday.. I didn't call or text her because I wanted to surprise her with flowers and a balloon.. that didn't happen.. I never received any notification from you that it wasn't delivered because your delivery drivers phone was dead.. thanks a lot next time I will drive down and deliver them myself.. you have lost a customer
