I had to call in my order and the girl on the phone was so helpful. Beautiful little arrangement for my DIL to welcome her and my new granddaughter home from the hospital. Very pleased and will definitely be using the Flower Patch whenever I need to send flowers in the area!

This version of my order is much improved over the first, which was not at all like the website photo. However, the arrangement was returned to the store before delivery to be reworked, and I was very happy with the result.

I ordered this arrangement last-minute after brief Yelp perusal before we hit the road for a family funeral. When we arrived, I was extremely pleased to see the flowers exceeded expectations. The stately white urn, the vibrant colors, the broad-faced blossoms, the tropical-ish greens all helped to give a vibe of California (our state) and glorious life celebration (instead of muted sympathy) for a young man who passed away far too soon. The bereaved family members made a point to comment on the arrangement's beauty and the card with our perfectly transcribed message. This purchase at a reasonable cost was worth every penny. Kudos and thanks to your team.
