The wrong photo was attached, so hard to give a review. I called customer service immediately and someone answered right away. They were able to call the store and verify the right order was sent and it was just the wrong picture. It did cause some panic because the flowers were sympathy for loss of baby and the picture they sent showed a stuffed animal included, which would be inappropriate considering the reason for sending flowers. Driver called and confirmed leaving arrangement on front steps, as receiving person was not home at time. Overall customer service was really good, just mishap on photo confirmation.

Flowers were made and delivered much earlier than we were told ,when we got to the viewing 2 of the gerbers were dead had roses in another arrangement we bought there already dead too. I will never use flower patch again
