Flowers are beautiful. But the delivery needs work. They were just left on my porch. Not wrapped in anything. Good my neighbor saw them and called. No one rang the bell

Beautiful arrangement in theory but many of the flowers arrived very wilted and looking pretty ragged. The gladiolus were almost dead and several roses were browning around the edges. I was hoping they would perk up in a few hours but I will probably have to pull out the gladiolus today. I am sure my niece spent a lot on the arrangement and I feel she would be disappointed if she saw them.
