Not happy that I wasn't told they were delivered and in the floor by the mailboxes....not even inside by the elevators. There weren't in a box with plastic to keep them at least moist. I did not go out the day they were delivered and a kind neighbor said they were sitting there for 1.5 days. She brought them to me. They were drying out and two fell out when she handed them to me...prob because they were not even in a box to keep them safe. My financial advisor sends this type of centerpiece every year, and I've never had this problem. .

Flowers are beautiful. Delivery was not. Flowers were left by garage door in the back of our condo ranch building. We had no idea there were flowers left there. They sat overnight in colder weather until my daughter discovered them the following morning. I called to report this Saturday. Left my name & order #. Haven't received a call back.

Unfortunately, because these were left outside on a hot day, the flowers were very wilted by the time I got home.

My Mothers Day bouquet had a,"Get well soon" balloon instead of a,Mother's Day balloon. My son & I laughed about it anyway . I didn't get any food to add to the,water. Too much greenery in the vase

Nice arrangement but not very fresh. Roses are dying without blooming☹️

They were beautiful but already dying when they arrived. Two days later and they'll have to be thrown out. The arrangement was nice though.

Unfortunately they arrived partially wilted. The roses are almost completely gone (less than a week). I've had fresher deliveries in the past where the arrangement last more than a week and closer to 2 weeks.

Flowers were very pretty upon arrival but the roses had slightly brown edge petals and died on day 4

Unfortunately, I do not have positive things to say. First, this arrangement was a gift. However, I received a text message from your company before the flowers arrived. So, that spoiled the surprise a bit I would say. Second, the quality of the roses does not appear to be good. Some have wilted without opening and others are brown ish vs. white. As a gift, was not that impressive although the thought was very nice.

Flower arrangement not to my liking, plus they were not very fresh. Sorry to say but not a great color scheme. The red roses and pink flowers don't go very well together. Better to keep flowers in the same colors scheme. I am disappointed. And I love flowers.
