While the arrangement I received was pretty it was nothing like the photo online that my husband chose from. Also it was supposed to be delivered on Friday morning as a surprise and the delivery finally happened on Saturday evening!!😳

Unfortunately never received. No delivery proof able to provide as well

You delivered to the wrong address. You delivered across the street to my neighbor 21 Haverton . I am 24 Haverton. We had no idea they were left at their front door until they got home.

We actually ordered 4 of these , but only one was delivered

I got many flowers (5 bouquets) for my birthday and these were somewhat pretty but the most expensive and least spectacular arrangement. They were also a day late and I know the sender was extremely disappointed. I was trying to add a photo of all the pictures but I am unable to. I would not recommend this florist unfortunately.

Miserable. Would never use this company again.

Roses were already dying when received the flowers did not look fresh, I was very disappointed

I don't think roses was very fresh cut! Usually stay about 6-7 days Besides that, was very small roses Not this time ! Sorry, but time I will give you only one star

I have never received this delivery. Whoever states they have delivered it is dishonest. I work from home and can easily answer my door when the doorbell is rung.

The other *low star* reviews are correct. My flowers may have looked like that picture *before* I got it... However, a very low quality, damaged arrangement was delivered and after I called, the promised replacement never came. My son ordered flowers after my surgery. I'm sure with delivery he paid $60-$75 but four of the eight lillies were broken and two were missing half their petals. It was basically a $15 grocery store bouquet and it would not have been sold for the way it looked. I called and spoke to Ed who said the driver sent him a picture when it was delivered and Ed said he could see all the damage in the picture. He said they were getting a fresh flower delivery the following day and he would replace my arrangement. It's been a week now and no replacement. I tried to call last week but got no answer. I'll call again today but I'd like them to refund my son's money. If they can resolve this, I will update my review. The order must have been through 1800flowers because we live 45 minutes from Mundelein and we have many quality florists in our area. No need to travel so far. I can't recommend this florist.

Beautiful but the roses wilted very soon after receiving. It was literally on day 3

The flowers are beautiful, but completely open. The roses look a little brown around the edges. I am afraid that this display will not make it through the weekend. I am disappointed.

This looks nothing like the picture I selected on 1-800 flowers. Where are the purple ones? I see maybe one in the back and paid $80 for a nice arrangement.
