The other *low star* reviews are correct. My flowers may have looked like that picture *before* I got it... However, a very low quality, damaged arrangement was delivered and after I called, the promised replacement never came. My son ordered flowers after my surgery. I'm sure with delivery he paid $60-$75 but four of the eight lillies were broken and two were missing half their petals. It was basically a $15 grocery store bouquet and it would not have been sold for the way it looked. I called and spoke to Ed who said the driver sent him a picture when it was delivered and Ed said he could see all the damage in the picture. He said they were getting a fresh flower delivery the following day and he would replace my arrangement. It's been a week now and no replacement. I tried to call last week but got no answer. I'll call again today but I'd like them to refund my son's money. If they can resolve this, I will update my review. The order must have been through 1800flowers because we live 45 minutes from Mundelein and we have many quality florists in our area. No need to travel so far. I can't recommend this florist.

Unfortunately they arrived partially wilted. The roses are almost completely gone (less than a week). I've had fresher deliveries in the past where the arrangement last more than a week and closer to 2 weeks.

The flowers arrangement was absolutely beautiful!!! Only the flowers were not as fresh as I expected. But still very nice!

Although the arrangement was beautiful, the flowers started drooping the same day, two stems broken. I added the flower food and more water. I received them at work Monday and when I came into work all roses are pointing down.
