The bouquet is lovely. One of the orange lily heads was broken (maybe during delivery?) but otherwise just lovely.

I never saw my flowers because the delivery person took them home to his wife I understand and your company policy is entirely anti-customer! Now that I know who you are, I give you 0!!! It's one reason I would NEVER use 1-800- flowers for my gifting!
